WEDDED BLISS - full service planning & coordinating
This premier package allows you to relax and enjoy your engagement while Jubilee Weddings handles the multitude of details that go into planning a spectacular ceremony and reception. Before the wedding, our coordinator will orchestrate all the creative aspects of the wedding, add personal touches to make your event distinctive, select the perfect vendors for your style and budget, arrange lodging for out-of-town guests, and direct the rehearsal. Finally, on the big day, Jubilee will pull all those plans together as they oversee the set-up of your event, resolve any last minute issues, manage the day's schedule, attend to the wedding party's needs, and coordinate the ceremony and reception, from the bride's walk down the aisle to the newlywed's send-off at the end of the night.
ONE FINE DAY - day-of coordination
With day-of coordination, your ceremony and reception are carried out just as you have planned and your wedding party and family don't have to worry about a single detail. This package includes two meetings with our coordinator prior to the big day, once to meet with you and learn about your vision of your wedding and once at the reception venue to do a "walk-through." Our coordinator can also refer you to a variety of well-respected vendors (and tell you which ones to avoid!) and answer any questions you may have throughout the planning process. Over the wedding weekend, Jubilee will direct the rehearsal, oversee the set-up of your event, resolve any issues, and coordinate the entire ceremony and reception. If you decide you need more assistance with the planning (vendor meetings, help creating the printed materials such as ceremony programs, assembly of welcome baskets for out-of-town guests, last minute details, etc.), you can add hourly consulting.
